July 12, 2011 -- Bill Gormley, president of the Washington Management Group, joins host Roger Waldron to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the fourth quarter of the government's fiscal year.

Due to congressional delays in passing the budget, agencies and contractors are facing a compressed procurement cycle unlike any previous fiscal year.

Gormley outlines some of the key procurement tools available to agencies in meeting their needs over the final three months of the fiscal year.
