A two-week furlough of FAA workers is now closer to a resolution. But the workers who have been off the job may not be guaranteed back pay for the time they lost.

Louis Dupart, the executive director of the FAAMA, joined the Federal Drive to discuss the organization's fundraising activities as well as what happens if the furlough comes to an sooner rather than later — as is now looking more likely.
