McManus explains the ways feds are showing resilience and areas that satisfaction could use a boost.

The Office of Personnel Management says federal employees are showing their resilience even during the current challenging environment.

Federal employees are in year one of a two-year pay freeze and face potential threats to their pay and benefits.

“I would’ve expected some of the satisfaction numbers would have been lower,” said Tim McManus, the Vice President for Education and Outreach at Partnership for Public Service, in an interview with In Depth with Francis Rose.
