The CJIS Division equips the law enforcement, national security and intelligence community with criminal justice information, while protecting civil liberties. The West Virginia-based tech company will maintain and enhance CJIS IT systems that help with this mission.

"We are proud to support the FBI's mission critical, state-of-the-art identification and information technology systems," said L. William Varner, president and chief operating officer of ManTech's Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions group, in a press release.

The deal has a six-month base period with four option years.
