Santa's solution was to upgrade two of Justice's key systems in house. Santa explains his logic behind deciding to use his own staff to accomplish the drastic change.
The old systems had independent platforms which Justice had to transition to a common platform. In the past, Santa had to manage redundant services and made the move to services as a utility. Santa will explain how standardizing using cloud-based services helped him accomplish a difficult task.
