The “Blueprint for a Secure Cyber Future” includes ideas for hardening critical networks and prosecuting cyber crime. It also aims to train the nation’s cybersecurity workforce.

Secretary Janet Napolitano says DHS worked with people both inside and outside of government to come up with the plan.
