The DC Examiner is reporting that federal programs are giving cocaine, morphine and other hard-core drugs to taxpayer-funded researchers for testing on drug addicts. The practice has apparently been going on for decades often without the knowledge of most government officials. Investigative reporter Bill Myers from the Examiner joins us with details.
