The Department of Homeland Security's Secure Border Initiative is a massive project to place surveillance systems along our borders.
The Government Accountability Office has a new assessment about the the project's progress, including how DHS can strengthen oversight of contractors.
Randolph Hite, director of Information Technology Architecture and Systems Issues at GAO, joined the DorobekINSIDER to discuss GAO's recommendations for the project.
