The electric grid is one of the utilities that's received much of the attention. Jerry Grochow, a research affiliate at the MIT Energy Initiative and the former vice president for Information Services and Technology at MIT, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss how the federal government could reset its cyber priorities for the electric grid.

In a report, "The Future of the Electric Grid," Grochow and a colleague laid out a number of proposals to better secure the grid, including a single agency devoted to electric-grid cybersecurity.
