Have DHS’s priorities changed when it comes to the southern border? DHS secretary Janet Napolitano seemed to suggest they have. Meeting with reporters Napolitano said DHS is still focused on fighting illegal immigration and drug drugs coming into the U.S., but when asked whether stopping gun running into Mexico took precedence border violations, she said what was done two or three years ago may not be what needs to be done now.
