Pakistan’s president says his country and neighboring Afghanistan need more support from foreign allies to win the battle against extremist militias. But he says the two countries do not need more foreign troops. President Asif Ali Zardari made the comments on his first official visit to Afghanistan since taking office. Zardari says the two countries have the strength to fight militants along their shared border, with the right kind of international help.
