The U.S. is unwrapping a major effort to help ease the tenison between Pakistan and India after the attacks in Mumbai. Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, is expected to arrive in the South Asia region around the same time as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. She's expected to arrive in India Wednesday. Mullen was en route to the region and would visit both Pakistan and India. 10 Islamist gunmen killed 183 people. Indian investigators say the attackers had months of commando training in Pakistan from the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists and some are blaming Pakistan's intelligence service, which has had ties to LeT in the past.
