The Washington, D.C. region is hit hard by the Base Realignment and Closure process, with thousands of DoD workers moving back and forth between Virginia and Maryland. But one group is moving from Fort Belvoir to Huntsville, Alabama. It's the Army Materiel Command.
Kate Kelly, chief the BRAC office for the command, discussed how planning started the moment Materiel Command found out it would be relocating to the Redstone Arsenal.
