Bethesda expected to get hit hard by BRAC traffic

Traffic around the National Institutes of Health's campus in Bethesda can be a mess during the morning and afternoon rush. And that's only expected to get worse after BRAC relocations take affect. Walter Reed Army Medical Center is closing and relocating to the National Naval Medical Center across the street from NIH.
