Navy makes enterprise technology license contracts mandatory

A new memo released by the Navy's technology and acquisition executives makes the use of enterprise technology license contracts mandatory.
The Navy wanted to establish up to 15 enterprise-wide deals with major software and hardware companies including Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and HP.
The service will rely on several teams of experts to develop these contracts.
