Army updates policy on flying unmanned aircraft in U.S.

The policy applies to the active Army, National Guard and Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated, according to the memo.
The Army uses the drones for warfighter training and unspecified "domestic operations" in civilian airspace.
The memo updates a five-year-old policy to meet federal aviation regulations and other laws.
