Chiarelli: Caring for troops' health doesn't end on battlefield

Gen. Peter Chiarelli, the Army vice chief of staff joined the Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Amy Morris from the Association of the U.S. Army convention in Washington, D.C. to discuss the evolving challenges in caring for war fighters.
Chiarelli discussed managing health in the field vs. managing health for wounded warriors when they return home, as well as some of the new programs for wounded vets.
With budget cutters eyeing DoD's budget, Chiarelli also explained how the military is managing the cost of care.
