Reverse reviews: Soldiers rating their bosses?

Oct. 1 was the deadline for Army Officers to have completed at least one 360-degree evaluation, in addition to their Officer Evaluation Record, the Army Times reports. In a 360 review, an officer is graded by his superiors, peers and subordinates. The Army wants to make it mandatory to have one 360 review every three years.
Army officials say the evaluations are meant to help officers grow and weed out potentially toxic leaders.
