Friday - 3/25/2011, 3:10pm EDT
The contract is for a new intelligence-gathering plane.
Published reports say the Army is pulling that award after protests from bidders, including Northrop Grumman and L-3 Communications.
The Army will re-evaluate the competition and make a new award in the near future.
