Boosting Biometrics Plans

The Army has boosted its plans for how they use biometrics.

The successful use of this technology on the battlefield and to protect Army bases has given the service the incentive needed to do more.

A recent memo from John Young, the undersecretary for Defense Acquisition and Policy, gives the development of biometric capabilities the highest priority.
