The Air Forces human-resources website is getting an overhaul.

The Air Force is re-branding its personnel services and human resources website. AFPERS will now be known as myPers and be modeled after the myPay model the Defense Department now uses, according to Air Force public affairs.

Lt. Col. John Silverman said the change will “shift the way personnel services are provided, from primarily face-to-face interactions to a tiered model with services delivered through online self-service.”
