  • President Obama's Affordable Care act is not only bringing insurance to those who may not be fortunate enough to have coverage but it's also providing a lot of money to professional services companies who've won millions in contracts for health care consulting. One of the people responsible for Maryland being one of only 14 states to operate these health care exchanges is Maryland State Senator Joanne C. Benson.
