TRICARE health care info missing

Health care information for almost 5 million TRICARE beneficiaries is missing, Next Gov reports.
The information was on computer tapes that weren't encrypted according to federal standards.
The tapes were in the car of a Science Applications International Corporation employee when they were stolen.
SAIC says only some of the information was encrypted before it was put on tapes.
