The government’s official publisher has the same IT requirements and questions that every other agency has. What to do about social media, cloud computing, and the other technology advances that are making headlines?

The Government Printing Office is taking a deliberate approach on the concepts that are behind the buzz words. GPO Chief Information Officer Mike Wash says his agency is using some social media where it makes sense, and being careful about prioritizing resources.

In the second of a two-part conversation, Mr. Wash also details some recent success stories in the IT shop at the GPO.
