Officials at the Arizona Department of Public Safety learned that the hard way.

NextGov reports, the hacker group Anonymous claims it hacked into state government systems by stealing and reusing the passwords officers used to access their personal email accounts.

The cyber crooks say the targeted to state because of Arizona’s tough immigration policies. Hundreds of personal email messages, phone numbers and passwords of officers were exposed.
