The Library of Congress says: let it manage your agency's media and book subscriptions and it will save you money. For the first time, it is opening up its 40-year-old Federal Library and Information Network to all agencies. Fedlink executive director Blane Dessy says this expansion will help the government cut costs, while making sure agencies still have the information they need.
