Human behavior leads to security risks in cyberverse

The Homeland Security Department's inspector general said a lot of the problems stem from human behavior.
Auditors said the fixes were simple:
Managers need to remind staff that USB thumb drives may be cheap, but they should be treated as sensitive personal property. Employees that use Android or IOS devices need to comply with department policies.
Homeland Security's chief information officer did not argue with the recommendations.
He said he was on it.
