White House directive behind Stuxnet virus

The New York Times reports the efforts, code-named "Olympic Games," began during the Bush administration and one of the strings of code accidentally became publically known as Stuxnet.
Israel was also a partner in the offensive, which is the first known series of cyberattacks the U.S. has been behind.
