ManTech purchases software provider HB Gary

ManTech is solidifying its cybersecurity skills and offerings with the purchase of HB Gary.

ManTech is solidifying its cybersecurity skills and offerings with the purchase of HB Gary.

HB Gary provides software to detect, analyze and diagnose advanced persistent threats and targeted malware.

The Sacremento-based company works for several agencies, including Interior, the Secret Service, the Defense Information Systems Agency and the FBI.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in March.

This is the fourth company ManTech purchased since 2010.
