January 15, 2013 -- This week on "Off the Shelf", Robert Coen, acting program director for the NIH's National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center or NITAAC, discusses the role of his organization as an executive agent for the government-wide acquisition of information technology.
NITAAC currently manages a family of information technology GWACs including CIOSP3, CIOSP3 Small Business and ECSIII.
Coen provides an update on these contracting vehicles and the current state of the market.
