August 7, 2012 -- This week on "Off the Shelf", Kevin Youel Page, deputy assistant commissioner for the Office of Integrated Technology Services (ITS) at the General Services Administration, joins host Roger Waldron to discuss ITS's key initiatives, including cloud computing and the wireless strategic sourcing procurement.

Page will also give us an update on GSA's family of GWACs, including Alliant, and how GSA is working to meet customer needs through improved requirements development.

He will also talk about the growing importance of data, including transactional data, in addressing customer agency needs.
