Broadband adoption leveling off, survey finds

It’s been two years since the passage of a National Broadband Plan. But broadband adoption has leveled off nationwide. That’s according to the latest survey from TechNet. The government and private sector have worked hard to create a policy to support wider broadband adoption. So what’s gone wrong?
