Company uses online deal-site formula to put military spouses to work

And spouses of active-duty service members face their own vexing issues with employment — a steady job can be tough to come by with frequent moves to new duty stations.
Now a company called TroopSwap is hoping to make things easier. The company works a lot like popular online deal sites, such as Groupon and LivingSocial, but TroopSwap hires only military spouses.
TroopSwap CEO Blake Hall and Vice President of Operations Aaron Tiffany joined the Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Amy Morris to explain how the company is reaching out to military spouses.
