Dodd Discusses the Transition

While most of the attention to matters of transition are focused on the White House, the Senate and House are also in the midst of a transition from the 110th to the 111th Congress.
Earlier today, one of the top committee chairs in the U.S. Senate discussed his plans for the coming year with reporters.
