The way you do your job at the Consumer Product Safety Commission is about to change. CPSC is launching a new database today that will allow consumers to report product safety incidents online. Inez Tenenbaum is Chair of the CPSC. She joins us now with more on how is going to work, and what this new database will mean for the agency.
