That’s according to Dan Gordon, a procurement professor at George Washington University and former administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, who testified about reverse auctions to the House Small Business committee. On In Depth with Francis Rose, he explained why he told the committee agencies should ask themselves a few questions before they decide to use reverse auctions.
