The Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate announced its latest prize competition. It wants competitors to offer solutions for indoor tracking of first responders. Jim Grove is senior adviser in the Prize and Small Business Innovation Office at the Science and Technology Directorate at the Homeland Security Department.
