The White House is creating a new Cyber Threat Intelligence Center, but the administration says it won’t duplicate other cyber programs in the federal government. The goal is to add more coordination to the federal cybersecurity process. Bill Rowan is vice president of federal business for VMWare. On In Depth with Francis Rose, he said the key to a strong IT infrastructure at your agency isn’t so much the technology at hand, but to make organizational and operational changes to take advantage of that technology.
