Two-in-three federal agency decision makers who were surveyed believe current economic conditions might have an impact on their ability to undertake energy efficiency projects. And one-in-three believes a lack of funding is the biggest obstacle to achieving their agency's goals. Those are just some of the results of a new Zogby poll sponsored by the Alliance to Save Energy and Schneider Electric.
