The retirement tsunami in the federal government, predicted for more than 15 years, is starting to hit in at least one area: Congress. Twenty-five House and Senate leaders have already announced their retirements, so far.

David Hawkings, editor of the CQ Roll Call Daily Briefing, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the potential knowledge vacuum.
